A Letter from Elizabeth Wahl, LMSPA President

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to the new school year! On behalf of the Ladue Middle School Parent Association, we extend a warm welcome to all our returning and new families. We are thrilled to have you join our middle school community.

LMSPA is a vital part of LMS, working to support our students, LMS teachers, staff and administration, as well as the overall school environment. We strive to foster a strong sense of community and provide opportunities for parents to connect with each other and with the school.

We encourage you to get involved! You can participate in our events, volunteer your time, or simply attend our meetings to stay informed. We have a variety of exciting events planned for this year, including our annual Boo Bash, quarterly parent education events, grade-level parties, and teacher appreciation events scattered throughout the year.  None of this can happen without your generous support.  All of our efforts are funded through the voluntary donations of our parents.  Thank you!

Please reach out to us with any questions or suggestions. You can contact us at laduemiddleschool@gmail.com.  We look forward to a wonderful year ahead!

Sincerely,

Elizabeth Wahl, LMSPA 2026-27 President

Logan Bonacorsi, LMSPA 2026-27 Co-President

Elizabeth Wahl, President

Elizabeth Wahl has volunteered for various parent association roles with the Ladue School District at LECC, Reed, FGC, and LMS since 2017. She has three boys with her husband, Mathias Labs, in the district: Graham (8th grade) and twins, Leon & Kristof (4th grade). Professionally, she currently works at C2N Diagnostics, developing new products to support those affected by Alzheimer's disease. She also operates two local businesses: McKnight Bee Products, which specializes in honey, beeswax, and lavender products, and Solara Capture, a photobooth business catering to local events. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and creating. She is a strong advocate for leaving the world in a better state than she found it

Logan Bonacorsi, Co-President/President-Elect/Vice President of Communications

Logan Bonacorsi has been part of the Ladue community since 2021—volunteering at Conway Elementary and, more recently, serving as a member of the FGC Parent Association in the role of VP, Communications. She is an external communications professional, having led Investor Relations and Strategic Communication functions for several public companies in the St. Louis area over the past 18 years. Her son, Abe, is beginning his first year (7th grade) at LMS, and her twin stepdaughters, Kate and Storey, are currently attending Colgate University and the University of Denver, respectively. She and her husband, Deck Slone, love to travel and spend time with family, friends, and their beloved Golden Retriever, Pigeon. Logan is an avid reality TV fan (mainly Bravo!), youth sports enthusiast (by default!), and dedicated gym-goer (sort of!).

Jami Brinton, Past President/Parent District Council Rep

Jami Brinton has been a member of the LMSPA Executive Board since 2021. She and her husband, Jason, enjoy working together at Brinton Vision, their vision correction practice in Creve Coeur. Together they are raising four children—Jackson (16), Kate (15), Alexa (12), and Tommy (9)—who certainly keep life busy and exciting.

Jami and her family love being part of the Ladue community and are grateful for the friendships and connections they've built through their involvement with LMSPA. She believes the organization provides a wonderful opportunity for parents and guardians to support Ladue Middle School's teachers, staff, and students, connect with other families, and help students thrive during their middle school years.

Brooke Sehy, Parent District Council Rep

Brooke Sehy is excited to be back as a volunteer at LMS. She has served in various parent association roles in Ladue schools, including President, Treasurer, Website Chair, and Parent District Council Representative. Brooke serves on the school district's Legislative Board Advisory Committee and the Curriculum and Instruction Board Advisory Committee. She and her husband Jon have four boys. Brooke loves planning adventures and traveling with her family and friends. She is inspired by the many wonderful people she has met as a volunteer in Ladue.

Alison Malbrough, Treasurer

Alison Malbrough is delighted to join the LMSPA board. She has two sons in the district (Patrick in 6th and Connor in 4th) with her husband, Joey. As a Ladue alumna and experienced district volunteer, she is excited to support Ladue Middle School's students, teachers and staff. She works in the college admissions field and volunteers to support local community theatre and performing arts organizations.

Utica Morris, Secretary

Utica Morris is a parent of a final year LMS Student.  She has endeavored to serve the parent association of each building during her learners journey.  She has served as Treasurer, Board President, and Recording Secretary.  Her motivation is to share her experience as an attorney and adjunct professor in the non-profit parent association capacity.
