2026-27 Volunteer Interest

I do not want to be in charge of an event but would still like to be an LMSPA volunteer during the 2026-27 school year. Please contact me if a volunteer opportunity arises.

Works with 7th grade VPs to plan car wash fundraiser for all grades on Saturday, September 12 from 9-2 at LMS. Works to coordinate student and volunteers in shifts.

Helps fulfill swag orders and then works with swag team to deliver items.

This is a favorite LMSPA activity for volunteers! We need students and parents. Students can earn volunteer hours that will go towards Jr. National Honor Society hours. Sells concessions at Jr. Ram football games during the home football games at Ladue High School. This has traditionally been one of LMSPA’s most successful fundraisers and a fun way to get to know other kids and families.

Help fill boo baskets and deliver during the week leading up to LMS Boo Bash in October.

Sell pizza to ski club participants. This requires purchasing Papa John’s Pizza, chips, and water and having it ready for students when they arrive at The Loft at 3:10 pm. (January and February).

works with 7th grade VPs to coordinate the fundraising face-off between all grades in February. Who can raise the most money by donating the most change?

Coordinate a soccer game night for LMS. $10/ticket. $5 comes back to LMS. No upfront costs.

The coordinator is responsible for coordinating the LMSPA sponsored catered meals during the fall and spring teacher conferences.

Volunteer to help with book fair in fall (October) or spring (March).

Coordinates LMS Boo Bash for students and families to be held October 18. This has become a community event that students and others really enjoy.

Coordinates the district-wide campaign to gather resources for families in need for the holiday season.

Creates a variety of volunteer sign-up forms on Membership Toolkit (MTK) throughout the year.

Hands out information sheets, snacks or assists with swag sales for parents and students attending LMS community night.

We would love a volunteer well versed in Canva to be available to create flyers and/or graphics to use in LMSPA communications and to promote events.

Works with 6th grade vice presidents to plan grade-level party.

Helps 8th grade party planners throw grade-level party for 8th grade class. Party will be held on Saturday, May 1 from 6:00-9:00 pm.

7th grade parents help with grade-level party right after school. Party planners will coordinate everything but we need parents to be there to assist. Date TBD

The 6th grade party will be held in April. Please sign-up to help at the party.

Variety of appreciation events for LMS staff (including but not limited to: counselor appreciation week, nurses day, assistant day, custodian appreciation day, bus drivers week, etc.). Help coordinate them with LMSPA President.
