After 28 years of unwavering dedication to Ladue Schools, beloved teacher Mark Biernbaum is retiring, leaving behind a legacy of passion, creativity, and commitment. From his unforgettable Halloween costumes to leading Sixth Grade Camp, Ski Club adventures, and organizing the district-wide staff volleyball tournament, Mr. Birnbaum has touched countless lives—students, colleagues, and families alike.

To honor his remarkable impact, we are establishing the Mark Biernbaum Legacy Award.  This annual monetary award will be given to an LMS educator who exemplifies the same dedication, enthusiasm, and excellence that Mr. Biernbaum brought to our district.

One of the most meaningful ways to support our students is by recognizing and uplifting the educators who inspire them. With your generous donation, we hope to continue this award for years to come, ensuring that Mr. Biernbaum’s legacy lives on through the teachers who follow in his footsteps.
