A vaccine clinic will be held from 3:30 to 4:45 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 8 at Ladue Horton Watkins High School (1201 S. Warson Road). Any individual (ages 12 and above) is welcome to sign up for a time to receive the first, second, or third booster (if eligible) dose of the Pfizer COVID vaccination. If you have not already started the series and would like to have the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson, please reach out to Ann Body at annbody@ladueschools.net and she will arrange.
 
If you are registering multiple children, you will need to enter them separately.

The second dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be available Tuesday, Nov. 2 at the high school; more information will be provided at the Oct. 8 clinic.

IMPORTANT: 

1. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.
2. Children under 18 years old MUST have a parent or guardian present at the clinic as parental consent is needed to administer a vaccination.
3. Bring an insurance card (if applicable).
4. The second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine will be given on Tuesday, Nov. 7 at the high school.
